The Bothy and the Snug

The Bothy is a traditional 'Shepherd's Hut' set among trees and a few minutes walk from the Snug and Hostel. It is very simple, with superb views and is perhaps the most secluded place to stay on Iona. It can sleep either one or two.

The Snug is a new, lovely little apartment adjoining the Hostel. Again, very simple, it likewise can sleep one or two.

The Snug and the Bothy can be rented separately or together.

Dalantober

Dalantober is a bungalow situated 300 metres from the ferry with open views to the Sound of Iona.

This is a lovely bright house with a small garden with most rooms facing the sea sleeping 6 people. Recently redecorated and refurbished with new oil fired central heating.

Iona Hostel is the perfect place for a gathering of clans, families and friends.

Well off the beaten track it is only a three minute walk over the grass to the beach.

It currently can sleep a group of up to eight in three big, comfortable bunkrooms and has a beautiful and bright kitchen-sitting room overlooking the sea.
